My Story
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage Family Therapist, I have been serving individuals of all ages and backgrounds for more than 20 years. I began my journey as an in-home behavioral support aide for children with autism and had many amazing opportunities through the years including my work in schools, domestic violence organizations, transitional housing, and private practice.
A significant part of my career has been dedicated to working extensively with foster children and the families who care for them — navigating the unique trauma, attachment challenges, and systemic complexities that come with the foster care system. I have also served as Head of Clinical Services, overseeing clinical operations, staff, and the delivery of mental health services at an organizational level. My specialized work includes Psychological Testing, Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME), Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), and Fitness for Duty (FFD) evaluations through Arrowhead Evaluation Services.
I welcome individuals from all beliefs and backgrounds and believe that therapy is a dynamic process. I've served in many roles ranging from a front line worker through management and clinical director. My experiences providing therapy, psychological testing, facilitating groups and performing independent medical evaluations have allowed me to see our world through a diverse lens.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
