Inspiring Hope

EMERGENCY RESOURCES

As a Clinical Psychologist & Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT), I have spent the last 20 years inspiring hope, growth and change for a fulfilling life. Although we may not have  control of every experience in life, I believe that we do have the power to change our future for the better regardless of our current circumstances.  I believe that everyone wants to feel loved and accepted.  It is my goal to inspire individuals by helping him/her process past and current events that may be hindering their ability to move forward.  Psychotherapy can help to decrease symptoms of worry, sadness, trauma, anger, and grief.   If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

As a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage Family Therapist, I have been serving individuals of all ages and backgrounds for more than 20 years. I began my journey as an in-home behavioral support aide for children with autism and had many amazing opportunities through the years including my work in schools, domestic violence organizations, transitional housing, and private practice.  I welcome individuals from all beliefs and backgrounds and believe that therapy is a dynamic process. I've served in many roles ranging from a front line worker through management and clinical director.  My experiences providing therapy, psychological testing, facilitating groups and performing independent medical evaluations have allowed me to see our world through a diverse lens.
